This intervention not only brings together the East and West of the historical center of the city with the traditional neighbourhood of Santa Fé, also creates a relationship with the rivers and lakes that were and still are so important to the city. Making use of arcaic architecture using fair sunshades, Felipe Arturo manage to gather two completely different worlds; East and west from Calle 22 and the buried past with a deemed city.
